OUR MUSLIM MARRIAGE SERVICES
This presentation shall apply only to marriages between a MUSLIM GROOM of any
nationality and NON-MUSLIM or MUSLIM FILIPINA BRIDE with complete post-marriage
legal documentation requirements.
We know that authentic marriage documents
are very crucial to both of you, especially if you live in the Middle East. Just
like other Muslim countries, our Code of Muslim Personal Laws in the
Philippines or Presidential Decree No.1083, prohibits the marriage between a
Muslim woman to a non-Muslim man. It only allows the opposite.
Our law firm, composed of
practicing senior and junior lawyers, paralegals, and duly licensed wedding
ministers and “Imams” nationwide, was established primarily to provide legal
and documentation support to fully comply with the laws and rules of Philippine
government agencies or instrumentalities on matters of business, property,
marriage and family. We exist because we do not want our own citizens and
aliens being victimized by various syndicates in the Philippines producing fake
private or commercial documents. To date, we hold the distinction of being the most
trusted legal source of marriage licensing and documentation requirements as
attested by our countless past married couples and clients worldwide.
Hence, on the issue of MARRIAGE,
our firm’s goal is to ensure that you have authenticated, validated or
verifiable marriage documents so you won’t get into trouble overseas or to
whatever legal transaction you may enter into after your marriage. We truly understand
that this has a life - long effect to your future, and the future of your
family.
